How to use Reflo Smart Cup?
- Wash the cup and the power supply before use (warm water and liquid are sufficient, do not use sharp washcloths, do not scald, do not sterilize, water temperature max. 45 degrees
- Pour the drink, maximum 170 ml or less, for children who are just starting to learn how to drink, pour a small amount into the cup so that the child gets used to the fact that the liquid flows out by gravity. Remember that juice, tea or other cosmetics containing dyes may have the color of tea.
- Place the insert evenly with the handle up
- Then press the insert with two fingers to fit it to the cup and prevent it from falling out. If the child pulls the insert out, press it even harder.
- The shape of the insert has been designed to tighten in the inclined walls of the cup, but this requires appropriate pressure from the top, preferably using two fingers.
- Pressing too lightly may result in incomplete tightening of the insert, which affects its functionality.
- The mug is ready to use! Give it to your child and teach him to drink normally, like from an ordinary container.

- Younger children and infants should be given a cup with assistance as when feeding with a bottle.
- Removing the Reflo insert - twist slightly and pull the insert upwards.

Warnings
- Should not be used for hot liquids
- Should not be used for drinks containing pulp, thickeners, yoghurt. It can plug the insert and make it difficult to pull out. Does not apply to ice cubes - they can be used.
- Do not apply too firm pressure to the insert. It can cause blocking the insert in the cup.
- There can appear cracks on Reflo cup, if thrown or dropped onto hard surfaces such as tile floors, especially if it is full of liquid.
- Not for children who throw things.
- Reflo Cup is not a sippy-cup, it is not fully spill-proof. It is created for training purpose, so that the user could learn how to drink from ordinary open cups and glasses.
- The Reflo insert is patented and can only be used with the Reflo cup - its design and construction are foreseen only for this cup and will not work with other cups.
- Reflo Cup has all translucent components so it’s easy to see contents for training purposes, safety and convenience.
